We offer refunds only for faulty or damaged items upon arrival. Please ensure you check the product description and photos carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to have orders out within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times depend on Australia Post’s shipping schedules, so please check their website for more accurate delivery estimates.
Can I use store credit online?
Currently, store credit can only be used in-store and not on the website. We’re unable to combine online and in-store systems at the moment, but we hope to make it easier for you to shop in the future!
Can I pick it up in-store?
Yes, you absolutely can! You will be able to choose this option when checking out.
